Confirmed Rune Sighting!!
Today I actually saw a Honda Rune being ridden down the street by a real live person, it even had a little road grime on it showing that it was ridden more than once!.
I couldn't confirm for certain if the rider was the actual owner of the bike but he did pull into the plant on it. At this point I think we have enough circumstanitial evidence to offer a qualified "yes".. Honda may have actually SOLD one of them... Longride would have been so proud ...(sniff)....

That makes two! There was a positive ID on a Honda Rune over here in Delaware last week. The owner of the vehicle could not be confirmed, as he was riding with a paper bag over his helmet.

The wife of an old Navy buddy has had one for ages. She rides the wheels off of it!
Almost literally! They are REALLY tough on tires. She gets about 2500 miles out of the rear and maybe 4500 from the front. And only one OEM makes tires that fit. Supposedly a lot of Rune-ers put auto tires on the back, for a couple of reasons. They had a YELLOW! one at auction at Barber a couple weeks ago. Man, that thing almost makes a Vision look good!

I noodled around on Ebay a while ago just to see what they were going for. Heck, I though if they were trading at about 5 grand I'd snatch one for fun.
Lo and behold, they are still selling for about 15 grand or so. Not gonna do it for that!
