Do you ever get a song stuck in your head and it drives you nuts? I do, and it's "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Old Oak Tree." Wayne Newton I think.

That ****ing song will stay in my head for hours or days....I'm helpless, like somebody with tinnitus who stabs their eardrums out, only to still hear the screetching whine.

Oh God, no...it's starting...that catchy, upbeat tune...NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

When I was in the Nav in drydock in Long Beach (1970) there were two guys on the crew who would go to Disneyland on weekend liberty, take LSD and ride the "Small World" ride all day long.

Disneyland stopped admitting hippies for a few years because they would jam the "Small World" ride. However with a Nav haircut these two clowns could get in.
