Once the very definition of "Gool 'ol boy" racing, NASCAR will now be vaganized into a co-ed powder puff league.

Ladies racing open-wheel cars makes some sense; it's not a contact sport. NASCAR is, and I wonder if a sensitive guy like Jeff Gordon is going to be able to put Patrick into the wall with the same agressive driving that he would for one of the boys.

Maybe instead of burnouts after a win, she'll strip off her racing suit and show us her g-string. Here's hoping.

Seriously, I don't know how well she's going to do. I do know that she won't finish last in every race like some will predict. And if she doesn't finish last, does that mean she actually deserves (gasp!) a seat in NASCAR?!

Not into NASCAR at all but as long as they don't change any of the rules so she can participate I have no problem with her racing. It'll be interesting to see what her reaction will be the first time she's forced into the wall.

Probably the same as anyone else. A semi-stunned "WTF just happened" look, followed by a wave to the crowd, a ride in the ambulance and a blip on her sales charts.

She's female and good looking. Get over it, she's likely tougher than you are. (not aimed at anyone in particular.. she's probably tougher than all of us)
