Yeah, leave it to England to invoke some little used law about tracked vehicles. Did you know that England once allowed used WWII tanks to share the roads with cars? All you needed was a special license.

That guy can trailer it to some open place in the UK and enjoy it, without being hassled I'm sure. Since he's not paralyzed, he can most likely put it in the back of a pick-up and haul it to Pendine Sands in Wales for some fun.

I sourced parts to build a tracked wheelchair, and it was around the same price as a used Bently with low miles. So I'm stuck with the Honda chair. Better than nothing.
