How's that big beast BMW holding up?

(Assuming you've been able to ride, that is...)

My beard comes back every oct 1st, then gets reduced to some hipster facial hair trend come spring. Nice and bushy now, time to hit the slopes.

Default Far from Voluptuous

Everytime I see an old girlfreind in an advertisement or video I remember all the super models I kicked to the curb and can't help but feel a certain amount of regret. She may be far from voluptuous but she is a human being and deserves a certain amount of respect.I sure do like that Tiger.

It's always good to go out on top. I remember this guy "kenneth_moore" who did thousands of great posts; all kinds of humor, reviews, ride reports, etc. He just disappeared one day, before the ****-rain hit and the investigations really got going.

It's a good way to die.

Thomas Jefferson wrote that the 1st Amendment erected a "wall of separation" between the church and the state (James Madison said it "drew a line," but it is Jefferson's term that sticks with us today). The phrase is commonly thought to mean that the government should not establish, support, or otherwise involve itself in any religion.

Its.......A FACT!

So far so good, 2300 miles and some horrendously crappy weather and it hasn't missed a beat. I bought a Russell Day Long seat for it because I appreciate a little comfort these days, it hasn't showed up yet but I'm sure it'll work out fine.

I tossed around the idea of trading it for an RT or just buying a used RT outright for the winter but I wound up buying a camper instead. As far as leg room and handlebar reach the GS is a couch, I've got 1 inch bar risers and the pegs lowered 20mm and forward 45 degrees and it fits me like a glove.

So it's a good bike, I'm still looking at a Norge`or RT for an addition but between my 'stitch and the heated grips I keep warm enough on the GS for anything I'm likely to ride in.

Pretty much my plan. I try to keep the full beard for as long as I can. Then when it gets warm it goes down to a goatee, then I had surgery last year and shaved the 'stash part and just let the chin grow. I thought that looked pretty cool and since everyone and their uncle has the goatee up here it was nice to be different.

Then of course everyone else went to just a chin beard so I shaved it off completely, my girlfriend (bless her heart) said I looked like Charlie Brown so I let everything grow back...

Now I want to get it long enough to do a couple of braids or one big braid to pay her back for the C.B. wisecrack....
