Like when the British wore red coats & marched upon enemy troops banging a drum. Gotta have the drum to stay in step, and the coats looked really nice too. Handsome young soldiers they were, worm food taking a dirt nap moments later.

Needless to say I dont feel like the union is as strong as we hope representing a worker who has been "pushed out". In a couple weeks at my grievance hearing hopefully my faith in my unions abilities will be renewed.

Good luck with your grievance, hopefully they can resolve things for you. I'm a 31 year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, they don't do too bad for the most part.

I feel like my union does great with pay & benefits, but when representing someone wrongfully terminated I'm undecided, I'm on level 2 grievance now, if I dont win or settle here, I have a chance to see if the union will go to arbitration, there's no guarantee they will represent me beyond this point.

No worries man, just giving you a hard time. Just can't figure out why you keep installing pipes then taking em off.

Hang around and sometimes you'll see him changing motorcycles like most people change socks.

"ok, I'm a dumb hick, is that so bad?"

Yes! It's even worse than that! The Shenendoah is beautiful though. Did the Blue Ridge all the way to Smoky National a few years back. Nice ride.

Way better than living in your trailer park next to your double wide with your kin blowing the windows out of their shack.

I don't have a phuck everyone anything. I DO have a phuck stupid people and BS artists thing. If you happen to be one of those people, well then phuck you!

Was it really that bad?

My bud over here had an R1. He sold it. Said it was waaaaayyy too tempting. He said, "I had to get rid of it because I was either going to kill myself or lose my license."

ASR, I love ya man but argue the point, not the poster.

As much as I might disagree (actually, I usually agree) with LR, I try to not let it get personal. That's the cool thing about this board. The arg... ahem... "discussions" don't usually degrade to name calling and such.
