Here's the Dali Obama on the campaign trail in 2008 when McCain suggested appointed one of these commissions:

OBAMA: This morning, instead of offering up concrete plans to solve these issues, Senator McCain offered up the oldest Washington stunt in the book: You pass the buck to a commission to study the problem. (laughter) Here's the thing. This isn't 9/11. We know how we got into this mess. What we need now is leadership that gets us out. (cheers and applause) I'll provide it, John McCain won't, and that's the choice for Americans in this election.

Deliberations on C-Span? Nope. Post bills three days before the vote? Nope. Take public funding for the campaign? Nope. Cease air raids and civilian deaths in Afghanistan? Nope. Close Gitmo in a year? Nope. Ditch the Patriot Act? Nope.

It's Nope and (No) Change. Suckers. You voted for a callow community organizer who's never run a lemonade stand and you made fun of a woman who governed a state. How's that Kool-Aid taste?
