Read JFK's speeches. They're straight Reagan.

That's the funniest thing of all, the vast majority of civil rights, from abolishmant of slavery on up have been under Republican administrations.

Democrats will claim (and are welcome to) credit for things like affirmative action and hate-crime laws. Of course, both of those are simply a different kind of race, gender, or sexual-orientation-based discrimination, but the irony will be lost on them. Logic is not their strong point.
