Default Our liar in chief revises history again

This is just incredible. The Dali Obama pontificated about the "whole world" coming together to throw Saddam out of Kuwait in Gulf War 1.

Senate Democrats, including Joe Biden, voted against the resolution 45-10.

Apparently he meant the whole world minus Democrats. It's like Kook is president.

Power Line - Revisionist History

Just like we were all united in defeating Communism about, oh, fifteen minutes after the Wall started coming down.

Whitewashing Soviet communism? Ronnie the Warmonger? Protests over missiles in Europe? Never happened.

You're Wrong about that - only BUSH was "Liar in Chief".

This man isn't telling how it WAS - merely telling how it OUGHT to have been, in the perfect Leftward Dystopia........

Oh well, what's new. The latest from the commie-in-Chief is his insulting of bankers with the usual populist rhetoric on Sunday and then asking them for help on Monday. As if bankers are withholding loans purposefully to because they are eeeevil and trying to wreck the economy or something. Sorry, but the Democrats have the corner on wrecking the eceonomy.

So...that financial collapse that happened in 07/08 and lead to Obama's election was Democratic? Damn...there I was, all confused again. Thanks for clearing that up.

"Look, we got into this mess because we told you guys you had to make risky loans so poor people could buy houses, and middle class people could buy more house than the numbskulls could afford. Now the only way out of this is for you guys to start making risky loans again while we try to artificially prop up the housing market. Get crackin'."

"Um, couldn't we just stop interfering with the free market so we don't have these problems in the firs...."

"I said... get crackin'."

Yes, Ken. Because Clinton got Fannie Mae to start passing around subprime mortgages like beads at Mardi Gras.

Here's the article from that bastion of conservatism, the New York Times. Note the date.

Note also that the only cautionary note was sounded by an evil conservative think tank. And they were 100% right.

They have the corner because they control the govt. When the Pubes take over again then it will be their turn to wreck things.

Do I have to explain everything? Sheesh.

It is possible, and quite often true, that both sides in a conflict are WRONG. With the Fed Govt this is the usual state of affairs. The parties usually try to prove themselves right by showing wrong things the other party does. Many people accept this faulty logic. This is incorrect. Making the other guy wrong does not make one right.

"Sure, it would be possible to be more pathetic on national security than the Democratic Party, but it wouldn't be easy. What is interesting about all of this is the Democrats' need to rewrite history."

Well, the Democrats did free the slaves and were the leaders in the Civil Rights Movement, right Ken?? What else do yooz guys want them to do? Sheesh!
