This has been brewing for a few years now - the Greenies finally figure they've got enough Political Clout and a big-enough head of greensteam to get something like this jammed up California's Ass.

Next will be another "Offroad Energy-Wasters" bill. Then one Dictating "Non-essential use of Privately-owned Automobiles/Trucks/Motorcycles".

And then it's on to the REST of the USA..........

Once fascists get a whiff of power they go nuts. There ain't no end to doing good. Especially when the do-gooders never have to sacrifice a single iota of their own lifestyle.

And in my dear home state they just announced that the budget deficit they just closed with accounting tricks and BS is now 22 billion.

Apparently the solution is to ban expensive televisions.

I'd love one person to explain to me how CA has been ruined by too much conservatism.

My family has lived here more than 100 years. Maybe it's time to move to TX.

Calif also once passed a law that would require 10% of cars to be all electric by 2005 or something like that. Some people think that passing laws solves everything. But you can't mandate things that don't exist.

Utah passed a law once that regulated a maximum height for the Great Salt Lake. The Lake broke the law in 1983.
