Terrible as he was - at least W didn't sell his own country down the river in his first six-months of Presidency, and didn't bow and scrape and apologize for every little self-perceived slight by the U.S. to all the other countries on the planet.

No, W wasn't the Greatest-Bestest-most-Wondermous President even in the last-half of the last Century. I disagreed with us Invading Iraq. But the man DID at least go in there with intent to not jerk-around and get the F'n Job Done.

Took a bit-longer than original estimates, but who can say that the world isn't a better place without Saddam? If you can, you're lyin' to yourself. Our Tanks should've rolled-over the top of Tehran while we were at it, to boot. Hindsight is 20/20.

He was no better and not worse than the others.......except Jimmy Carter. W was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better than him. The new Black Jimmy is going to hit rock bottom too. Just give him time and enough rope.

No, But he never saw a socialist program he didn't love and he talked a couple times about the problems with bad mortgage practices but never used his office to do anything about it either. On the plus side we weren't attacked for years ..... which we knew would occur when the Democrats got back in charge.

Iran is a problem that western politicians "handle" by making pretty speeches and threatening angry letters. They are just hoping that the problem solves itself. It won't. Someone will get nuked by Iran... a replay of the cowardice of westerners on display in the 1930s.

How many more millions of corpses do we have to see until we learn that fascism, in all its forms, simply doesn't work?
