I just think it's funny that 10 million Rubles is only $340,000. Of course, once the Dali Obama is done with us, we'll wish we had rubles instead of dollars.

Chicago public schools spend more per student than anywhere in Illinois yet have the worst results. I guess he appointed him because of his smashing success story here in Chicago.
