Yeah. When I first saw that I thought it was Scrappleface or the Onion. However, it makes sense. Not one peace prize winner in decades ever brought peace anywhere. Even the mass murderer Arafat got one. You never had to bring peace to get one and now you get one before you've actually done ANYTHING. He gets to join that other feckless fool, Carter.
