External fuel tank - you can see fuel sprayin' all over the place as it falls.
Bet hittin' the water like that left a mark...........

Looks like the 8-track the Bombardier-Navigator took with him got stuck between the throttle and the firewall.
That's an A-6, so the vid is at least a decade old. Probably lost one engine, and took off heavy. Never had the airspeed he needed. Looks like both of the crew hit the silk in time.
