Default The economy is better.

Or so says Biden. I guess it's the stimulus that's working even better than expected and Obomber's "change" that was promised.

I really f*cking hate politicians.

Were having a lot of people jumping ship, so there must be a few jobs coming online lately.

Only 300,000 jobs lost last month. See? The rate of job loss is slower than it was. That means the economy is better! At least in Washingtonspeak. The same people say that changing a 5% increase to a 3% increase is a "cut".

Yes and Josef Stalin Jr is making all the little kids watch him on TV next week. All the parents are yanking their kids out of school or finding an alternate activity.

Yep- Obameconomy- when you lose jobs at a slower rate than last month you are "better". How about gaining job, Barry? When does that happen? My guess: 2012.

Yup, everything is just peachy Uncle Joe!

WASHINGTON — The unemployment rate jumped almost half a point to 9.7 percent in August, the highest since 1983, reflecting a poor job market that will make it hard for the economy to begin a sustained recovery.

While the jobless rate rose more than expected, the economy shed a net total of 216,000 jobs, less than July's revised 276,000 and the fewest monthly losses in a year, according to Labor Department data released Friday. Economists expected the unemployment rate to rise to 9.5 percent from July's 9.4 percent and job reductions to total 225,000.

A friend of mine was telling me of an interview he saw a few days ago with some industry "expert" or another - his claim was that the Feds aren't counting correctly all the jobs that have been lost in the last 18 months, and Unemployment is actually hovering near 17%.......

Take that with a grain of salt, as it's third-hand or worse info.
