Default This is not an SNL skit.

This is not Scrappleface.com

This is not Jon Stewart.

This is a real life letter from the FDA to General Mills.

General Mills, Inc., Warning Letter

You can get killed by prozac and poisoned with nutri-sweet or MSG but the FDA will protect you from evil General Mills and their health claims.

I'm so glad I'm being protected.

W.Charles Becoat.....Savior of the People

Fortunately it's still OK to eat HFCS laden cereal that has your kids weighing 200lbs and pre-diabetic by age 10 because there's no "proven link", also those nice folks at ADM and Cargill are always so generous with their "contributions"...

General Mills just needs to start offering double-dip stay-at-home retirement jobs to FDA officials.

Works for Eli Lily.

I kept telling Mickey that you can't chop it and snort it. Guess I was wrong.

Don't those people have anything real to do? I'm so tired of being protected from having to make my own choices.

I'm gonna go buy some Cheerios, and I don't even like 'em, but if the government says they're bad, I want some....

High-paid idiots.....

Actually, this is not about protecting the public. The drug companies make billions selling cholesterol reducing drugs. According to the data Cheerios works as well as or even better then those drugs. The FDA is just doing what it does best, protecting drug companies.

Well, fug! I've eaten Cheerios 6 mornings a week for several years ands now I find out I'm going to have to stop and join a twelve step program for that too?

How many twelve step programs are you allowed to participate in simultaneously?

Hey, if it wasn't for the government, Cheerios would be laden with rat turds. Ungrateful curs.
