Default Vindication!

Scientists side with Drakes Bay oyster farmer

Oh yes, we can trust the govt?

Looks like the bureaucracies have been stacked with leftwing activists who misuse their power. Just as those of us that don't drink Kool-aid predicted.

Jarvis said the new research will be valuable to the Park Service to guide scientific studies that will assist it in making future decisions. But he does not intend to extend the oyster farm's lease in 2012, despite Feinstein's request for that in her letter to Salazar.

"The permit of use and occupancy expires in 2012," Jarvis said, "and that really is a policy and law issue, not a science issue."
Read as: "Even though you caught me in a Lie, and even though our own Scientific Data says there is no significant impact to the environment, I'm still not gonna renew the permit because I know what's best for the Bay, and nothing the Taxpayer OR Congress can do or say can make me do otherwise. Isn't it great to be the Man in Charge?"

This goes on all the time. It is rare that someone with adequate resources can take the Gov't enviro-fascists to task.

What's the easiest way to ensure the Government will do what some enviro-whacko has for his agenda? Have the enviro-whacko get an Appointment as the Director of the Government Agency you want to control.........

(beats the hell outta picketing and boycotting all the time)

Same with 'Global warm...' err 'Climte Change' clowns. As soon as you corner them with evidence that the weather is NOT changing becuase of greenhouse gasses, their counter is 'well it has to be affecting SOMETHING'. Well, maybe it is, but lies about what it IS NOT affecting doesn't do anything for their case. We are gonna get EPA regulations shoved up our collective ass 'just because'.
