Default Handguns

I found a couple handguns at a price that's too good to pass up. Unfortunately in the great state of Minnesota one needs to get a permit to even purchase a handgun. Yay!

Don't worry. In a year or two handguns will be banned altogether like they are in Chicago. Then we will all be 'safe'. Hell, you guys elected Al Franken, so you get what you deserve anyway!

How funny is that. The Party that p!ssed and moaned and whined about Bush, a guy that governed entirely in the Great Wilson/FDR/Truman/LBJ Liberal Tradition of wild overspending and costly foreign wars, gave us a bad comedian and a certifiable lunatic as a Senator.

Unfortunately Franken will fit right in.

Mebbe they just realized who it is they're backing, and suddenly grew a Shame Gland?

For purchase from a Dealer, or from an individual? Or does it matter?

Dealer, Gander Mountain to be exact. The permit is only required for dealer purchases. Anything from individuals is strictly off the books and guns are not required to be registered.

Whoa, there! Guns aren't registered?! I've seen the cop and law shows (CSI, etc) and they always check the gun database to make sure it is registered. Even the suspects always state that the gun was registered.

So, based on TV, all guns are already registered.
