Climate change liars need a lesson in keyboard smashing

The damn ice is increasing. How will the Dali Obama "heal the planet" now?

DailyTech - Sea Ice Ends Year at Same Level as 1979

Funny how TIME and Newsweek both wrote about the coming ice age in 1979. Will they do it again?

Think it's time to shove the hockey stick up Algore's keester yet?

Ye of little Faith - Obamassiah told us last Summer that "This will be remembered as the Day the Oceans started to recede............"

He merely chanted ancient Spells from the Ancient Reaganomicon and sent the Global Warming Beast back to the Rotting Pit of Despair (otherwise known as Boston) for another four years............

It's funny how we believe we can control climate change. The whole point is that it's always changing. Could we be kinder to the earth? Maybe. Would it make an impact? Probably not, but at least we would be a little cleaner. And for those that think CO levels are too high and we should cut CO. Well, our plants and trees will absorb most of that and the atmosphere swallows the rest. Regardless of our CO production the earth survives. Can we? No. That oxygen stuff works well for us. It's not the earth we should worry about. It's us.

I thought the most telling thing about the whole Global Warming issue was a year or two ago. In one paragraph they were talking about how the man made disaster was causeing the arctic ice to melt at an unprecedented rate, the next story down the page was how melting polar ice had uncovered a 1000 year old Viking settlement......the Vikings must have been pretty foolish to have built a village under all that ice, no wonder it didn't last.

Reports have always shown that the air is cleaner now than at anytime since the Industrial Revolution and that most of the West Coast particulates are blowing in from China whose rapid industrialization based on unrestricted coal burning mirrors Europe and England in the 1800's.

The best thing we could do is have Cheney and his Haliburton-Frye buddies sell the Chinese Fly Ash Precipitators and Nuvatrol Vacuum systems to retro-fit their Power Plants and keep most of that crap out of the air.

I worked in a pulverized coal fired power plant for 13 years before I came here, burning coal can be done cleanly and efficiently with the right equipment and it's a indiginious fuel source for the Chinese which will help mitigate their rising demand for fuel oil.

For the last time, because we obviously keep forgetting, when there is evidence that the planet isn't warming that is because of the following: You are uneducated, clearly not a scientist, and/or believing in Big Oil propaganda. Either way you should be prosecuted for your crimes.

Now if their is opinion that the earth is warming, you are: highly intelligent, caring, open-minded, and have a strong understanding of the agenda-less scientific community.

Anyone who says that "the science is settled" is a lying hack and most definitely not a scientist. The science on NOTHING is settled. Even in the true hard science of physics (not faux-science like psychology, economics, environmentalism and other pretenses) nothing is settled and the nature of the universe is as open to question and is as hotly debated as ever.

More Than 650 International Scientists Dissent Over Man-Made Global Warming Claims

POZNAN, Poland, December 18, 2008 - The UN global warming conference which concluded Friday in Poland faced a serious challenge from over 650 dissenting scientists from around the globe who criticized the climate claims made by the UN IPCC and former Vice President Al Gore. A newly updated U.S. Senate Minority Report was released last week featuring the dissenting voices of over 650 international scientists, many current and former UN IPCC scientists, who have now turned against the UN.

The report has added about 250 scientists (and growing) in 2008 to the over 400 scientists who spoke out in 2007. The over 650 dissenting scientists are more than 12 times the number of UN scientists (52) who authored the media hyped IPCC 2007 Summary for Policymakers.

The U.S. Senate report is the latest evidence of the growing groundswell of scientific opposition rising to challenge the UN and Gore. Scientific meetings are now being dominated by a growing number of skeptical scientists. The prestigious International Geological Congress, dubbed the geologists' equivalent of the Olympic Games, was held in Norway in August 2008 and prominently featured the voices and views of scientists skeptical of man-made global warming fears.

Pro-life advocates have long mistrusted the Kyoto protocol and similar climate schemes as they are usually tied to population control, which could be implemented with the pressure coming from the alarmist claims Kyoto advocates have made in the past.

The report quotes Ivar Giaever, a Nobel Prize Winner for Physics, saying: "I am a skeptic Global warming has become a new religion."

UN IPCC Japanese Scientist Dr. Kiminori Itoh, an award-winning PhD environmental physical chemist said that warming fears are the "worst scientific scandal in the history When people come to know what the truth is, they will feel deceived by science and scientists."

Geologist Georgia D. Brown, an instructor of Geology & Oceanography at College of Lake County in Illinois, who co-authored a 1993 peer-reviewed study on the CO2 content in the magma from Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii in the prestigious journal American Mineralogist, rejected climate fears and supported the notion of a coming global cool down. "I talk to my students about this topic every semester, not just when we are covering glacial geology, but at different points throughout the term. I want them to know that they shouldn't take every alarmist claim at face value," Brown wrote on December 13, 2006. "Fear is a means of controlling a population, and since the cold war has ended, the government needed new fuel for its control fire," Brown wrote.
