Rain is the ultimate equalizer!! Anyone see the last WSBK race in Australia when it rained, and rained and blew. It was hairy.

Go Vale!

ok, if it stays rainy, then i predict:

1)Barros

2)Roberts

3)vdGoorbergh

4)Haga(just kidding, he can't even stay on the bike when its dry)

Hey, let's start a rumor: KR Junior has told Suzuki that if they can't come up with a decent bike, he'll go back with the family as a backup rider.

Oh, yeah, KR Junior did pretty well in the rain anyhow, didn't he?

I dunno 'bout that. You gotta admit that Barros and Roberts are simply excellent rain riders on any track, so I can't disagree with your first two choices.

Beyond that, however, you have to start considering things like who knows the track best and who's willing to take the biggest risks. I think those are two reasons why rain benefits the hometown boys the most.

So, I'd put McCoy up there, too, and maybe expect some unusually good results from Anthony West and Brendan Clarke or some of the other Aussies in the race... if it rains.

I thought that Biaggi had the Pole at Phillip Island... not McCoy. WTF?

And that van den Goorbergh was starting 15th, on the last row not the first.

Yep..Biaggi on Pole and Rossi second.

McCoy is in about 13th I think. He was sliding up it up real good so the race should be a good one to watch. I'm thinking Biaggi is gonna win the race, but Valentino will win the war!!
