I 've got new pads all the way around now, with the new front Avon, new pads and the brake fluid flushed and bled I can just about launch myself over the bars with two fingers.
I got 23k out of the stock pads but they were down to metal, I had to ride around for two weeks using only the back brake like a newbie so I didn't score the rotors. I even (gag) drove to work a few days.
Now I've got new brake pads, new front tire, almost new rear tire, new Corbin seat, fresh plugs and a cleaned and oiled air filter. I could probably give those Motogp guys a run for their money.
