Four Stroke Expose' Breaks Open!
Well, it seems Big Red, Honda; the nicest people you could ever meet have their tentacles wrapped around every facet of motorcycling. Honda, in concert with the AMA, Federal/State Governments regulatory boards (like the AQMD, CARB and the EPA) make the rules we all love to hate. Take the four stroke "progression" for instance.
You won't believe the back room deals, arm-twisting and other skullduggeries Honda has done in the name of "The Environment" that ultimately changes or, in the case of dirt bikes, transforms a whole way of life into their "sanitized" version of fun on two dirty wheels. Their war against two-strokes reads like a Raymond Chandler crime novel. And we've got it all written down, or on audio tape. We have spoken with ex Honda execs, former AMA directors, high-up industry types, and big-time racers who paint a picture of collusion at the highest levels of the motorcycle industry, to change a sport drastically, and make you pay big bucks to play. Also mind boggling new two stroke designs that get better mileage and emissions with twice the power than a four stroke, that have been hidden on purpose by Honda, with the technology coming from Austria. A campagne of terror against small OEMs? And you know where to go to get this info. Like I promised. I knew something stunk, and now it's going to be out there for all to see. Busted.

You think those stupid windmills generate a fart's worth of energy? GE shells out big bucks to libs. Everything the libs have been railing against the Military about has come home to roost in the enviro movement. This isn't surprising at all.

I use to love that pass by San Gorgonia/San Jacinto/Whitewater with the sand washes and the neat lower-desert vegetation. I use to take my Baja/DT1 all over the area, but lately it's crammed full of 300 foot windmills, end-to-end chain-link fences with "keep out" signs stuck on 'em. Now it looks like some industrial nightmare. Desert Hot Springs was bad enough...
