Well, I usually do except that my insurance says I should not ride evry day to work...so one day a week or so in the car must be ok

I haven't driven my car in several weeks. Riding to work is a daily ritual, it allows me to unwind after work then too.

I haven't ridden a car to work in years!

Only my Buell XB12S or Honda Gold Wing for me.

Problem is here in Mesa Arizona I don't see any difference between rider your bike to work day and any other day. Only us hard core riders are out when the temp is over 110Â°F

I too ride to work about 200 days a year (I'd do it more but we get some ice, snow an subfreezing weather on occasion in OR). But this day is about those who only get their bikes out on a sunny Sunday for a 50 mile jaunt. Just possibly if Ed Escalade or Ellie Expedition will notice that there neighbors on both sides ride, perhaps they'll pay a little more attention next time he/she sees or hears a biker on the road (not a loud pipe endorsement). Those of us who ride in traffic every day have to avoid a careless driver every day, maybe we'll live a little longer.
