I've seen Samyoung heat-exchangers in processing plants. Seemed to be a quality product.

Of course, there's a significant difference between a heat-exchanger and a motorcycle........

Hmmm. I thought that Harleys were just noisy heat exchangers.

I thought about adding some Harley-wisecrack about 0.00006-second after I clicked on the "Ok!" button.

But, I figured someone else would point it out for me.

Default What about Kawasaki?

Don't you work for Kawasaki Heavy Industries, the world's premier train builder and and one of the best shipwrights around?

I remember reading somewhere that the only reason Kawasaki made bikes was for corporate pride and that the bike division lost money every year. Don't know if it was true or not. This was 6 - 8 years ago when Kawasaki was in it's own dark age. I wonder what the press would have done if they bored out the ZX-9R motor in the early years. That thing made as much power as an R1 and a 954 with less displacement.

Ahem...

Harley-Davidson Commercial Market Products Corp, LTD announces formation of study group to determine feasibility of producing heavyweight cruiser motorcycles.

H-D, well-known manufacturor of tee-shirts, keychains, ash trays, coffee mugs, X-Mas tree ornaments, alarm clocks, telephones, childrens' BigWheels(tm) toys, cookbooks, wallets and purses, sterling silver jewelery, cigarette lighters, quality footwear, and Official Wardrobe Provider to one fifth of the super hit music sensation, The Village People, announced today that they intend to embark on the manufacture of motorcycles, given their long history of association with motor sports.

The motorcycles are intended to function equally well as heat exchangers. "Our patented design will transfer heat from the internal combustion process directly into the cam bearings, and that's efficient, cuz the cams are pretty close to the pistons." explains Exploratory Committee Chairman Davidson, William G.

"And they'll be cheap to make, too! You know an industry, say bath towels, can use illegal immigrant labor from Mexico to push imported African cotton through sewing machines made in China and still get away with calling the finished bath towel 'Made in the U.S.A.'? We're pretty sure we can do most of that with motorcycles and save mucho dinero on parts. Finally, we have a built-in market for our bikes in the folks who've been buying our tee-shirts for years. The talent in our marketing dep't. is so deep that we're the complete envy of Madison Ave. We have huge cash reserves built up to start the motorcycle project from last year when we contracted to sell 50k cubic yards of pure, distilled Himyleyan permafrost to the Okgonkwa tribe of the Alaskan Inuit."

H-D CMPC LTD. plans to begin production as early as August. Projections are for an initial run of four units of each of 73 different models.
