That's the spirit. Better buy now while interest rates are low. kpaul, The GMP, predicts higher interest rates for the next 10 years. Very similar to what happened after the Vietnam war. Thanks longride..

Olympia and Ranier were created in case of a terrorist attack and a contaminated water supply. Anyone who drinks them for any other reason is 1) not patriotic and 2) crazy.
