Default If nothing else...

[b]Ok, noted the problem of not being invited to the overseas bike releases.

But, If nothing else how about some articles from the suggestions below:

1. Follow some riders along as they ride some of the famous roads, their impressions etc.

2. Write an article on and interview some people that actually ride their bike everyday riding to and from work, take photos of the parking lot on nice weather days when all the bikes are there then on a bad day when only the dedicated motorcycle communters are there and interview the guys that are real riders.

3. Updated / new article on great biker places to eat and hang out, I'm talking about the real biker hangouts not the weekend poser Harley ride once a month crowd.

4. Come out here to Arizona and ride Route 191 used to be Route 666 the devils backbone. It's got to be one of the twisties rides this side of the Dragon. As a plus no cops, it's in a state park and I have never seen a ranger vehicle out there.

5. Post an article asking MO readers what kind of new articles they would like you guys to do.

6. Follow a cute young female rider around taking lot's of pics of her and her ride. Maybe even interview her.

Come on guys there should be a lot of articles you could write if you put your mind to it. Digital photos are cheap and the roads are free, go out there and get them!!

My problem is that I can't find a way to buy a gift subscription. I contacted MO directly and the second time I got a reply saying someone would call me but in two months no one has made contact.

The articles are great, just fix the software glitches!

on the other side, try to get some stories not US based.

Your "this side of the pool" correspondant, Yousef, gets the most interesting stories. Those are real life ones.

Why don't you make used bikes reviews ?

Riding Reports are a killer to, you know ?

How about the insiders's view ? the mecanics, the dealers, the guys that trail around on those club races, that sleep real close to the bikes (in the same van, I mean) ?

Come on, MO, you can do it ....

I subscribe Bike and TWO magazines, it's not about press releases ....

However I do like MO's site and I plan to keep my subscription.

I'd like to see more basic maintenance articles. F'rinstance, I'll be changing my tires this spring - it would be nice if my web search on how to do it would give me an MO result...
