I seem to be stuck in the "someone using my name" endless loop. I wonder if I've paid three times, or zero times? Can anyone help........?

Betchyrass there's nothing wrong with Software Engineers!

If we left it up to you guys with the needle-nose pliers we'd have a system that was incredibly fast, but could only do ONE JOB, then it would go to sleep until someone triggered it to do the same damned job again.

Well, crap -- that sounds like me!

"It needs armies of higly paid consultants to get working (and keep working)..."

Well Yeah! I used to be one of those soldiers. We called ourselves Application Support Specialists.

I'm having problems logging in to my account. At one point my subscription didn't expire until sometime in 2008. Now, I don't know.

Please let me know if it has expired and needs to be re-subscribed or if something else is wrong.

The login seems to take and when I to to change account information, all my info is there, but I still get access denied when trying to read reports.

Please advise.

Thanks,
