.. It seems to have objected to the word "" as a synonym for "trace"... how trifling... a derivitive from the Latin "modicus", meaning a small portion; a limited amount, falls prey to misguided "political correctness"...(sigh)

It is good to email your representatives. BUT email messages are NOT given the weight that letters, faxes and phone calls are given. I am not saying don't email. But if you REALLY want to make a difference, write a good old fashioned letter. Hell, just print out the email and mail it snail mail too.

To find your representative, go to http://government.aol.com/mynews/ and enter your zip code. It shows your Federal, State and local officials. Provides addresses, phone numbers, voting records and even email addresses. It took me less than 2 minutes to find everyone.

The AMA has done a good thing. But sadly, email is not good enough.
