Looking at the general disaster and ineffectiveness that is licensing in the US anything would be an improvement. Suspending and revoking licenses doesn't stop dangerous clods from driving as it is. About all that licensing actually does is provide funding for jobs for subintelligent govt employees whose main function is apparently to tell you that you have been standing in the wrong line for the past two hours.

Or he can just drive down the road until he finds the part he needs laying there.

And you are correct, too. In the small picture. And yes, I have a vague understanding of aerospace contracts. And I know the other stuff, too. And I actually read the book and when it was in new release as a hardback And Tom Wolfe is one of my favs (along with PJ O'Rourke, PJ Farmer AND a non political Burns).

From the "even a blind hog finds the occasional acorn" department: your comment re lowest bidder.

In a fully privatized system, there would be no gov nanny rules requiring lowest bidder acceptance. Ever let out work for bid? I have. And taken low bidder sometimes. And not so low bids because the low bid was not realisitic.

To be as specific as possible, the superstructure of NASA Administration needs to go in my not at all humble opinion.

And the system needs more transparancy - as do most gov operations.

And why do we now even need a NASA? The pump is primed, so to speak.

Call Victory...for sure HD won't do it and at this time why should they? Victory Polaris KTM superbike sounds pretty good. A Kpotory.

Only other option is to call Michael Jordon. I think he's all American and would probably love to get into something like that....he can call Kenny Roberts.....they could call Gates....soon you have a Carolina Blue P4 Superbike

I'd have to clean my shorts and empty my bank account. Finally, a kook comment I can agree with.

Honda makes a great all-round bike with the VFR Interceptor and it sells a pitiful 2000 units in the USA.
