The article said that he was uninsured. However, in this country it wouldn't have stopped some lawyer from suing the automobile manufacturer for having a bumper capable of severing foot.

I will stop them. CaGers who would try to vote us Off The Road are crack smokers. For we will then ride off the road, in the gutter and in the dirt, for everyone to see, how wretched these people are for treating us and our god given right to ride like that. For each of us is divinely bestowed with a gift from god to ride on two wheels v. four (and how DARE they deny this GOD GIVEN RIGHT!!!), in many cases with God given innate skill and talent, to ride and thus be free, shall not, and cannot, be denied or undone, in any country, anywhere, forever. Great woe will come upon those who would oppose this, even if their numbers are large, for God would never deny our right to ride, we are right, they are wrong and I, for one, would do whatever it takes to let FREEDOM RIDE!!!!!!!
