There is no such thing as a free lunch dude. I was a municipal employee for 17 years that was involved with the innner working of how municipalities operate. Can you or "the others" that know everything say that? WM exists because they can do it cheaper. Wal-Mart exists because they can sell it cheaper. UPS exists because they do it cheaper. Maybe if you had some working knowledge of what you speak of, and didn't just look at what you think are facts, your opinion would change. THe fact that WM exists at all says who is right and who is wrong. How about doing some real fact finding, and maybe your eyes will see a different "truth". It amazes me the amount of people that "know" something without actually being involved in any facet of what they speak of. I don't "believe what I want", I believe "what I KNOW".

That would make perfect sense, IF their taxes dropped after WM took over. However, since they didn't receive a refund from the municipalities savings, thier net cost from the new trash service rose.

Actually, I think their "punches" were directed in your general direction.

Gotcha, sorry for being so defensive, I feel like Mo is partly my baby (stepchild?).

Sometimes we are challenged by competitiors who claim to be "nearly" as large (traffic wise) or even larger. All we do, is point them to some 3rd party traffic auditors and let them see the hard numbers.... they tend to get real quiet after that.

He wasn't serious, he was just trying to pull a "KPaul" and stir something up. It was a lame attempt.
