Yeah, we rigged Alexa and Media Metrics and all them others too. We're not really the single most highly trafficed motorcycle magazine on the web.

You live in OZ?? LOL All those perks are paid for and you are paying for them. The city can charge what they want and comp the rest to the general fund to make it look cheap. That way the residents, like yourself, feel like you are getting a good deal. WM has to charge the full price and you don't know what deal was cut with the old provider. My community charges 26 bucks a year for the fire srevice they provide. That is what it says on my tax bill. Since I worked for a municipality for 17 years, and was involved in budgeting, I can tell you that 250 bucks a year is closer to the truth. Anyway, the residents are happy. WM didn't just appear. There was a need. Just like Wal-Mart and GM.

I was trying to crack a joke, riffing off KPaul's insistence that his poll was rigged.

Default Yes, I live in OZ.

Believe what you want. If you want to think I live in OZ, go ahead. If you want to believe all the other posts about WM are all wrong and that we're all liars, go ahead.

Chaska, MN. Some people mistake it for OZ though. Red ruby slippers are optional. The flying monkeys are a bit bothersome but you get use to them in time.
