This whole thing is just a game to Jank-off, like seeing who gets the last word. The fact that he killed someone isn't the issue for him.

People like him pervert and abuse our legal system every day.

Good f**king grief.

Is it the curse of our times to make avoiding personal responsibilty a desirable trait? Are our lawmakers so self-absorbed that the idea of being held accountable is so ethereal?

Islamic justice is starting to sound mighty good in this instance. The former congressman might not benefit from a public flogging, but society might.

Janklow should be ashamed, but in his own twisted logic, I guess he feels HE'S been dealt an injustice.

What gall!! And what crap!!

Sounds like the market is ripe for installing backbone dispensers in the halls of the Capitol.

I'm disgusted...

And then they decide that the taxpayers are responsible for damages. What a crock.

Oh great. After watching "The Onion Field" yesterday I get to read this.

Our legal system is controlled by criminal personalities, boys. Face it.

Wasn't it Jefferson who said that if the govt fears the people you have freedom, but if the people fear the govt you have tyranny?

Default Oh please.

He probably didn't want to "discuss" it because to most people a "discussion" isn't just sitting still and listening to a lecture and being called a dummy. A true discussion first requires basic courtesy and manners. Two social graces you completely lack.

The broomstick probably didn't help either.

A wise man once told me something of the same. Most such "discussions" and "debates" are nothing more than ego-stroking matches of "I'm right" versus "No, I'm right."

If anything truly worthwhile is to be accomplished, maybe we, when we "discuss" things can attempt to use some form of the socialist dialectic, by which we present a thesis, explore the antithesis, and come to a better working synthesis.

Repeat after me... Thesis. Antithesis. Syhthesis.

Default ...AND ANOTHER BOGUS IDEA....

"The case will not be heard by the Supreme Court justices, since Janklow had a hand in their appointments, but will be heard by a panel of five circuit court judges appointed by the Supreme Court."

So the supreme court might have a conflict of intrest in hearing this case, but they can set up a panel of thier golf buddies to hear it. Just f$cking wonderfull.

Phone rings in judges chamber

"Hello"

"Hi, Bob is Sandra. You know that Janklow character, yea, thats him the one that throws the great bar-B-que. Well he's been falsly convicted, and I was wondering if you would set on the panel to hear the case. Its just a formality, afterall.

Thanks Bob"

Click (thats the sound of our rights dissapearing even more).

I'm having a hard time not thinking about windage, and the best caliber
