OK, maybe it's a crackdown, but I don't have four friends who've gotten tickets in the last two weeks. Do you? Am I the only one here who thinks there might be more to Mr. Melling's story than meets the eye? Like maybe his four friends were engaging in behavior that fed the officer's ire? Now I'll agree that there's still no reason for the officer to be rude (or obtuse, parallel, acute, sinus, or other geometric terms). But perhaps it was not unprovoked.

Default Score!

I got him talking to himself again below.

Kook is definitely a moveon.org operative. They are supposed to go on message boards, pretend to be republicans, and then act like total morons. Definitely a winner here.

They're too stupid to see that belonging to moveon.org is prima facia evidence of idiocy.

I'm still trying to figure out what the Patriot Act has to do with local law enforcement's use of sobriety checkpoints... which Calif started using back in the 70's.

Default McCain Praises Kerry on defense

Praises?

From the article: " I do not believe that he is necessarily weak on defense."

Good work, Cagney. Are you ever right?

if you're coming to california, you'll enjoy being able to split/share lanes! motorcycling here is excellent, despite 'obtuse' CHP.
