Hey, seruzawa, after you finish lolling your sycophantic tongue all over Higdon's ass, you may want to consider that the argument I make IS that Higdon's a nutcase.

But, hey, I'll bet you do all right on your Philosophy 101 "Logic and Foundations" final, what being able to cough up terms like "ad hominem" like that ...

Desmo, Where with all is a perfectly acceptable, and CORRECTLY SPELLED alternative to wherewithal, a little fact which you apparently missed while you were compiling your list of hackneyed expressions instead of paying attention in your remedial english class. Your little diatribe on recursiveness also fell a little short of the mark. It should have read an idiot, trying to explain idiocy to someone who is not an idiot. BTW, although I do wear a helmet, I speed often, as only hopelessly inept pusillanimous simpletons do otherwise. VWW

Sounds like Mr. "Desmo" has not read Higdon's work in MCN or BMW OTL. IF you actually know someone who has a Motorcycle Consumer News archive...go back a few years and read about Higdon attending the MMI in Daytona AFTER he retired as a practicing attorney. But then your mind is made up.

Higdon may well be an ******* for getting caught speeding and then being too punk to pay-up, but you've spent at least the last day ranting at strangers on the internet about it, Care to explain? (with out a lot of insults)

What the hell does the 2nd amendment have to do with owning a banned (by Bill Clinton) rifle?

Congratulations, you've just surpassed Kpaul in the 'dumbest post ever' catagory.

ummm, well since it is the 2nd amendment that the pro-gun people cling to as the reason they should be allowed to own any weapon that they want I think that there is some sort of relationship. Or didn't you know that?

It's apparent that you've missed the entire point of this article. It doesn't matter if it's 50 bucks or 50 cents. The point is: it's wrong!

Not that this is surprising, as your posts here clearly illustrate your complete willingness to bend over and let 'THE MAN' stick it to you.

Apparently shaneking fails to realize that if the Second Amendment was followed to the full extent of our forefathter's expectations the people would possess arms equal to that of the government. VWW
