I think the goverment already has satalites that are capable of tracking ants.

Maybe if the watch enough they will see how much fun motorcycling is!

Yeah... it's kind of a scary thought, isn't it? On the other hand, we might also be able to use it to locate stolen motorcycles.

As long as this is done as a PASSIVE (receiving)system, and not an active (broadcasting) system, I have no problem with it. Only if it was continuously broadcasting would it be possible for Big Brother Komrade Klinton to issue speeding tickets, or land use violation tickets. If it only broadcast in the csae of an accident or theft, then there is no invasion of privacy.
