Racefans,

I've been on the phone all morning talking to everyone you can imagine. Everyone who has ties to Honda want me to stay and the rest want to see me at Aprilia. In the end I had to make my own decision. It was very difficult to call my team and say it's not going to happen. All of the things I have posted about Honda"s actions have not been Honda bashing. I've simply stated the facts and events that transpired and let you make your own judgement. I have nothing against my team at Castrol. These are the hardest and best working group of folks I've had the pleasure to be around and I'm going to miss them.

Now a new chapter has begun and I am excited to bring my knowledge, work skills, and Michelin to Aprilia. There you have it in a nut shell. Finally it's over and we can get some sleep.

Hard to believe after all your years as a journalist, you haven't figured out how to disengage the Cap-Lock.

Right on, I was hoping he would lean that way. I really wanted someone to help Aprilia bring the cube into contention. The honda show was fun this year but not that fun. Rossi is definitely going to have to earn it next year if he wishes to remain champion. And to think I was so excited last year about this years pending series. Next year is going to be even better, cant wait!!!

The only guy I give a cookie to, is a fat and jolly white bearded man who wears a red suit. Laugh if you will, but last year I left a cookie out for him and he gave me a pack of tube socks and a Chia Pet. This year I'm asking for a new Honda CBR600RR, so a whole plate of cookies will be left out for him and some carrots for his hard working reindeer.

I'm no journalist, but I think they call those things "headlines."

according the the american heritage dictionary (thanks, dictionary.com!), a headline is "the title or caption of a newspaper article, usually set in large type..."
