The information architecture needs to take into account the mental model that the users have. I take it that the user acceptance testing is being conducted through your intial release.



Even an informal review of the top 5 tasks your users actually do on the site would show you some big boo boos in the site's current content structure.



What is the "big idea" behind MO say versus any other on-line rag? Why root for you all versus them. BTW the header link on the Aqua theme is busted on my page.
