Re: Pavement-ripping torque?
I don't think one should use adjectives like "pavement-ripping" when the torque readout doesn't even hit the triple digits.
I can cut a plug wire on my V-Max (which is now old enough to buy beer), and still have more torque - and probably get more attention, if that's my game - than this bike does.
Still, I'm sure I'll end up next to one at a gas station and have the rider advise me to "get a real bike."
To each his own, I guess. Plenty of people will buy this bike for exactly what it is, and I hope they enjoy it as much as I enjoy my own bikes.
