Bandit riders always smile because they have chosen wisely.

The P/P ratio of the Bandito Grande` is one of the highest in the industry even if you have no MSF scores, tank bag full of other peoples opinions as a means of re-enforcing your own or gym membership in which you work on your bench pressing skills.

To answer your question indirectly, I think the new tiger will lead the pack in the do-it-all bike power war followed by the ktm then the ducati. There is no question, $14k otd for the duc or the ktm is a bunch of cash.

Let's say I don't actually ride, b!itch about politics, the environment, and other riders that actually know how to ride and fix bikes...would this be the bike for me or would it be below my fine, fine mo'fo internet riding skills?

Back from Vegas and 10 beers into the night and still my BS meter is being pegged!

um...you do know you can get secondary lighting for photo shoots, right? Kind of works well for eliminating the look of a snuff film when doing night shots.

I like the way these look, in fact I think all Ducati's look like raw monkey-sex on wheels. I don't really think I've ever seen a bike that I thought was "ugly"...too much love for the machine I guess.

I will go so far as to say that Japanese cruisers are somewhat crass and devoid of any kind of symetry.........Those Henderson bikes look pretty clunky looking too and Indians. Not the real ones, the resurrected picked over mouldering dead-horse corpses one sees from time to time.

It is however physically impossible for Europeans to build an ugly bike. Even the R1200C has some redeeming quality

Um...you used the wrong log it name. And this would be the wrong bike for you, the battery is behind the left fairing panel making it almost impossible to attach a tender

You can never go wrong with "raw monkey-sex on wheels".

I'm on beer 12 fellas. Time to punch out. Killed enough brain cells. No need to torture anymore...

I was with you till the R1200C, that's ugly. I can't imagine why people like the GS, myself included, and think the Multi is ugly.
