Well if he designed that R1200 monstrosity with the creepy spider-eyes headlight front fairing (too many adjectives?) then to hell with him.

Default I call BS

Thanks for the comment Cory.

The stock price is NOT up. This is the second post about the great stock price.

If I bought Polaris stock two years ago I'd be losing my a$$ right now. If I bought it a year ago I'd barely be breaking even.

I really hope Victory does well but sales numbers are more important the BS press releases.

You're correct, and I asked Arlen at that point if he had anything to do with the design. His reply was a negative - it's all the other Victory designers. The Corbin reference was how it reminded me of the Beetle bags - sweeping along the fender line.

I don't think that's where he started but he's in charge of the bike design now, too.

Based on the 2D pics, in this Industrial Designers' eyes, they have hit a HOME RUN! My intial impression is that this bike could easily become as iconic for it's appearance as the old, big (real) Indians are. This bike looks fresh and creative, kudos to their Industrial Designers!

If the bike handles, stops, moves and is comfy for long miles the GL 1800 finally has a competitor. Very impressive. DFO

Default agree.

The pictures here are worst case. Especially the one with the guy giving the thumbs up. The 360 views, plus the pictures over at motorcycledaily are much more flattering.

I still don't see myself on one, but it's not nearly as painful to look at as I originally thought.

And if the queen had balls she'd be king. Very few will buy this 'iconic' turd.

Default A ha!

Oh, that's easy for you to say, Dr Zarkoff, but Emperor Ming is not fooled!

Emperor Ming is not fooled. Flash Gordon's secret agents will not succeeed in making Polaris' attempt to corner the Earth's motorcycle market a reality! Ming the Merciless will triumph over this attempt to undermine his road to domination.
