Man sounds like you guys are way behind things back in Utah.. You might want to introduce your bosses to a couple concepts Agile SW Development and Lean SW Development Sounds like your company is still back in the 90s.. My condolences. No wonder you are always so grumpy.

You know, it could be worse seru...you COULD be here with me at the Cosmodemonic Insurer. We actually had to read "Good to Great" ...another in a long line of "Great Mgmt Books of the Last 5 Minutes" then be ASKED DETAILED QUESTIONS about that useless tome by "executives".

As Andy Kessler said of "Good To Great" - "...lines the shelves of middle managers everywhere in an attempt to show oneÂ’s promote-ability to upper middle management..."

That one's parked next to the VRF800RR -- in the back lot.

They can just ship the parts to me - I'll reassemble that jigsaw and get back with you.........

(that is, if I don't polish then frame the prettiest/most intricately-machined bits, and hang 'em on my wall)

Well, I do have one advantage. When some middle manager comes up and asks me how my software development is coming I can say nonsensical things like "the multivabrator detection is out of sequence due to recombination noise" and he'll nod sagely, pretend that he knows what I'm talking about and go away.

Hey pal, if you can't get on board with the new paradigm of value added customer driven synergies for maximizing supply chain end user interfaceing and code compliance within the tertiery operations data base, then I don't know what to tell you.....

Well gee... Since HE was getting all technical I assumed HE would have made damn sure not to make major mistakes while HE was splainin' to us MOrons, Sheesh!

"event horizon is a general term for a boundary in spacetime, defined with respect to an observer, beyond which events cannot affect the observer"

WRONG!!! Hang out close to but beyond an event horizon some time and let me know how that comes out... little hint here, the gravity is so intense at that point, the "event horizon" (in that context, I'm sure HE knows that the surface of a black hole is also called an "event horizon" but HE was just trying to be, you know, Wrong) that photons (light) can't escape... your elemental matter would soon be the fastest matter that was once a human, ever.

Word for today: Communication. What does it say that of all of the MOrons reading this test He seemed the only one not to be able to add context and thus understand Pete.

Bonus word: Truthiness. The Truthiness of HIS statement was obvious.

"You keep using this term."
