If someone walked in my office and said that to me, my next two words would be, "You're fired."

I was a fervent subscriber for the last 8 years of its "life".

I actually "went-through with it" and canceled when the publisher (I think it was Petersen Publishing) bought them, then replaced my sub with Cycle World. When the operator asked as to why I was canceling, I said I just didn't like the "replacement". She asked "Aren't they the same thing, just a different name?"

No.

Take a 50-year-old+, well-established magazine, with an eclectic staff of Moto-enthusiasts. Then replace that with "Cycle World".

Feh.

Agree, MO is tearing it up, for whatever reason. Missed a few days and... Wow! Over an hour to catch up. Kudos to the main MOrons.

More good stuff there Pete. I will be curious when you guys test the "new" 600 Supersports on the street. I know they're "screamers" but the lack of meaningful low/mid-range power would make it hard for me to see one as an acceptable "all-arounder".

After careful analysis and thought (ahem), I can't believe Gabe/Anyone would grab a hand full of Boss Hoss. As was mentioned, I also have never seen a test on the Boss Hoss before, I am now slightly less ignorant.

I wouldn't have been too surprised if Fonzie had tried to make a run for the border when it was time to return the Boss Hoss.

More that I haven't mentioned but all good, as always. Keep up the good work Dudes!

I was just wondering that if they are so much safer, why is Pete worried they will be outlawed out of existance? Why are they going to have a problem with these 'safe' motorcycles?

Couldn't beat Cook and Phil for moto-journo entertainment. They were what motorcycling was all about.
