Moderating your own posts is sooooo lame.

You've been pretty well behaved lately - we just need to fix this one last behavioral problem, and you'll be right as rain.

Well you've probably noticed he even replies to his own posts. It's kinda like Ross Perot in the debates interrupting himself.

Don't kid yourself. It's just another stage of the traditional dementia.

Default Once

I think you have done with a Boss Hoss what many of us would like to do: ride it once for free and walk away. That would be fun. Otherwise the bike is pretty much useless.

He might crave attention, but hell if I had 36 G laying around with nothing to do, I'd have one in my garage. The thing looks like fun for cruising around the block. It's just too expensive for the Average Joe to have one.

You know that the average fully restored Edsel will sell for well over $50K at Barretts?

Wish MO could have included some interviews with BOSS HOG owners. I bet they have some stories to tell.

Isn't there something a little less extreme? Maybe a V-6, about 2.5L.

Even Hulk Hogan might want a day off...

It's an interesting bike, but if *I* had 36-large layin' about un-invested, there are an ASSLOAD of other bikes I'd purchase with it first.

But, perhaps the most telling thing about me is that - none of those purchases would be cruisers (but one might.... scratch that - WOULD be a Buell).

The Boss is impressive, but really doesn't do anything for me. It would have to be on fire, and attended by no less than 3 firetrucks to distract my attention from a pristine RC30 or some piece of Italian Exotica sitting in the same parking lot. But the same can be said of ANY Cruiser.

Mind, this is just personal taste in Motos. And there's no accounting for taste.
