I'll gladly take one of each.

I think the Dyna is the most versatile bike in the H-D lineup. You can get all the detachable stuff, ride it to Sturgis, and then strip it all down for showing off.

Excellent!

Default And another thing!

You ain't never gonna see no S/T VRod.

Think about it. Honda sells a couple thousand VFRs and ST1300s a year.

Yamaha sells so few FJRs you have to special order to get one.

Ducati sells maybe 1000 or so STs a year?

You really think H-D is going to engineer a whole new platform to sell a couple thousand bikes a year?

Everyone says they want a Sport Tourer but hardly anyone buys one.

Gabe, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I called Pfizer and they are all out of Zoloft coffee mugs. Would you settle for a Viagra pen and pencil set? You can leave any one of the three HDs under my tree if you like, but don't be offended if I sell it and get a Duc 1098 instead.

Great comparo!

It'll come in really handy if I ever need to buy a bike for my grandpa.

You would have enough money to buy the tricolore!

"more than half the buyers of streetbikes, in fact -- who will only consider the bar-and-shield for their gas tank."

I heard it's down to an even 50%. They're failing fast. Sell your stock.

Excellent stuff Thanks Gabe you too longride. Just from a looks stand point I have to go with Gabe's rankings. I actually agree with longides and this is my favorite line of the whole piece " It reminds me of an Elvis impersonator. If you take off the mutton-chop sideburns, sunglasses, and white jumpsuit, it's really your next door neighbor..: " Gabe is spot on with his analysis.. despite what the GPTB "Stay the Course" crowd thinks. Just because Honda only sells a few STs and Touring bikes doesn't mean HD will... Great work Evo, longride and Gabe..
