Roger that.

It's obvious now - I was thinking straps "in general".

Thanks!

The "kick me" sign has been on his back so long it might as well be a tattoo.

Default Tongue Weight

I forgot to mention this; I didn't have a hitch adapter that was the correct height. You know, the thing that slides into the reciever. Mine was too high. The correct height would have eliminated that problem.

I don't think there's anywhere for a gas can.

Default A misconception

Noted a couple of smarty pants comments about hauling bikes in the open. While I did get a laugh, the comments were based on - well - ....

The reason a lot of eye candy goes into enclosed trailers is that tow vehicle tires pick up crap and hurl it at your chrome festooned Hogley Chuffington (thanks, Cook!) Belchfire 6000 with tap a toe futuriotic shiftless shifter with double chrome skullet inserts & farked concho holders - and fast.

Me? I'm a sucker for top drawer fab work & clever design. So my trailer of choice is a Baxley SB-001 with stone guard. Wifie and I trundle up to the Fortress of Solitude about 16-18 times a year. Having a wife, dogs and more crap than I can shake your stick at means a lot of trailering for the up & back trip.

I can load & unload the Fat Lady from the Bax solo with no problems. Only use two tiedowns due to the Bax chock.

I love it. Best accessory I've ever bought. And I NEVER have to coordinate with a friend to take a bike in for whatever. With my schedule, that is a good thing.
