Default Re: 2007 Suzuki Burgman 400 Introduction Report

Would these news beat the news that in Paris yesterday Suzuki anounced 1300cc Busa-engined naked Suzuki B-King going into production and will be on sale in 2007?

Or that new GSXR1000 with 3-way-programmed ECU "Wet, Sport, Normal" alike traction control anounced, or that all-new water cooled Bandit 1250 anounced?

I sincerely hope it is all truth - I found those news in reports about Suzuki press conf. in Paris on 21st. That makes waiting for October 9 even more interesting - Honda expected to reveal 2007 lineup on Intermot then...

Yes, these news beat those news.

"JUSSSSSST as the Pacific coast was starting to catch on, the cruiser resurgance happened. Instantly everybody wanted cruisers."

Thank God for small favors.

GBPT? I do not have a ponytail. To paraphrase tricky **** "I am not a dork"

However, I did notice another R1150RT in my neighborhood and the rider also has a grey beard.

Anyway, thanks for the comments. They were quite good.

Don't you understand that it doesn't matter that you never said those things? You are simply a Bush loving, Fox news watcher that can't figure anything out. It's all 4 bucks a gallon gasoline, biodiesel future with 600cc inline four sportbikes dumbass! Can't you get with the program?

Good piece MO! Big Scoots are not all that different from motorcycles and who needs to get all snobby anyway. Very practical, affordable alternative for someone interested in everyday transportation. I've seen them on the freeway too, either the 400 or 650, easily holding their own, purring along quietly.

I'd agree on the fun factor being greater on a lot of motorcycles but try hauling a couple bags of groceries on most motorcycles. And passenger comfort is probably much better on a Burghman than most motorcycles, even without the backrest.

I have it on good authority that the PC will hold two (2) 10lb bags of ice, a 6-pack of Fat Tire, a 12-pack of Corona (bottles), and a 12-pack of Bud Light (cans). Mix well, and by the time you get back up the mountain from Dahlonega to Suches, there's the makings for a good start to a party.................

I believe it's an inside joke between Gabe and Buz - referencing an article on messenger bags:
