How about a Monster S4Rs or a new Hypermotard (if you can wait that long...).

My point was that their own style sucks. The bike looks hidious. It almost makes the Rune look good, if that's possible.

Are we talking about the last intergalactic battleship Rune? All I can say is park that baby next to a Fat Boy with 10k in acessories and watch the scrap metal collectors haul the Fatso away.

Welcome to the future of motorcycling. As the children of boomers get older (yes, I am talking about me) they are going to graduate from their crotch rockets to bikes like this. I grew up lusting after ninjas and cbrs. I want that I-4 scream but I will admit that I don't need the whole fairing and the slightly more upright riding position will allow me to clock a few more miles when riding with Pops on the Road King. So, a naked 'sportbike' like this is the bike for me and I predict for a growing portion of the buying public.

Vrod is good looking until you realize that 20 year older Vmax has more power, more torq, is lighter and plenty cheaper. Vrod´s name should actually be Vreamer, if you know what I mean.

Maybe you live in a parallel universe. There is only one bike that would hit the junkyard of those two, and it ain't the Fatso.

If you rode both, the differences would be obvious. Of course, maybe to you they wouldn't.

B-1s are quite swanlike in flight with the wings extended. We see them fly out of the Air Base here every once in a while. I think he meant the B-2.

The Runes a turd alright, at some point it'll be worth money because so few of them sold.
