Default Benelli

A great appropriation of styling ideas from the Benelli TNT styling. Now if only it had the 3-cylinder Benelli motor.

I couldn't care less how technically proficient Benelli's are, too, or how rare they are. They are butt fugly to me, so styling a bike along those lines will lose me every time.

Come on Kawasaki, this is easy, all you need is a stong motor (check), good suspension with effective adjustment range (needs work, not asking for Ohlins here), and stop trying so hard with the exhaust pipe (the fork didn't work out on the last model either). This can be a great bike, and at the selling price it can be a killer for the sales department. Your almost there, just tweak it a bit more.

Honestly, I LOVE this bike. I wish more manufacturers would get as daring as this. I like the complexity of the shapes - I love the mufflers.....But then, I like the new 'stubby' Suzuki cans too.

This looks like a more liveable Japanese answer to the Brutale. As much as I respect the power of the average Japanese Wrist Rocket, those bikes just bore the be-jeezus out of me.

I just don't understand the old supply and demand thing, I guess.

Supposedly the German insurance industry gives large discounts to ABS bikes, so large it more than offsets the extra cost for the ABS. And Germany is a big market for Kawasaki, so...

I liked the styling of the older model. Especially in first year's colors. It just looked plain evil in black. I can understand about the pipes, I kinda go back and forth about them myself. This new one does look more integrated, and the pipes are a split design, the pics here are kinda shadowy down the middle of the pipes. Make it black and me likey very much. My concern is moreso about the Z750 restyle. the faired model that we got in the US does nothing for me. Kinda looks like it has a swollen nose. Total uggo!!!

"You got that right - the pipes are a cheap attempt to copy the look of the GSXR 1000 units."

I likes it!!!!!! The pipes can be replaced with carbon cans. What I need to see before I buy is a real world test report with dyno numbers to convince me. No test rides here in Central Florida.
