It's all about gas prices and even gas avalibility, or lack thereof. Inexorably gas sippers of every description are going to be filling the streets even here in America. Never like in Europe but there are probably dollars to be had and this one way to try and capture some of them.

(They are claiming 54mpg for the 250)

And consider this. This thing represents more crative engineering than has been done by American cycle manufacturers, in total, in 50 years. Sure there has only been one, Harley, and a half, Victory, during that time but that's my point. It may be judged hairbrained and a failure down the line but at least they did it. What do we have? The Segway. I'm so ashamed.

This thing looks like a blast! But I seriously doubt it would sell well over here.

Americans want to look "cool" when they ride motorcycles. That's one of the main things. And this MP3 only looks cool to a small section of two-wheelers. Only the Segway looks geekier than the MP3. And they gotta change that name. You gotta wonder what they were thinking when they choose that name. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall at that meeting - geez.

Track Daze! Put a motor in it! Turn till you puke. Can you squeeze an Aprilia 250 2 stroke in there? If so, sign me up and get me that life insurance upgrade.

I'll check it out. It's an interesting idea for a racecar (wouldn't work in a passenger car, due to jostling of the occupants).

You two really DO need each other, don't you? Make sure you have some condoms around, there are all kinds of things going around in Gary.
